1. All work provided on PDF for your approval by email. Additional minor printing costs will be added to the original quote.

2. Before proceeding to print, written confirmation is required from the client that the work is correct and error-free. Mistakes discovered after the sign off may need corrections at additional expense, which can be considerable if the print process has begun.

3. All prices need to be confirmed in writing before starting a project.

4. All work needs to be paid in full before going to print.
